Cambium appoints administrators at UK subsidiary CNL after cutting 260 jobs, or 53.6% of staff

Cambium Networks Corporation filed a notice of appointment of administrators for its indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary Cambium Networks Ltd (CNL) in the UK High Court on September 14, 2026. Administrators from RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP were appointed to attempt asset sales or business line divestitures, with plans to wind up remaining CNL group entities. Concurrently, the Company reduced its global workforce by 260 employees (53.6% of total staff) effective September 11, 2026, without offering severance payments. Vibhu Vivek, Senior Vice President of Products, was terminated as his role was eliminated. The Company cannot currently estimate restructuring costs. Cambium Networks Corporation designs and manufactures wireless broadband networking equipment for enterprise and service provider markets.
