Comcast Corporation has completed the separation of Versant Media Group, Inc., which will now operate as an independent, publicly-traded company under the Nasdaq symbol "VSNT." As part of the distribution, Comcast stockholders received one share of Versant Class A or Class B common stock for every 25 shares of Comcast common stock held.
