Chipotle Mexican Grill reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 results with total revenue increasing 9.6% to $3.3 billion, driven by new restaurant openings and a 2.1% increase in comparable restaurant sales. Diluted earnings per share decreased 6.9% to $0.27 from $0.29 in the prior year period, while operating margin contracted to 13.7% from 15.9%. The company opened 84 new company-owned locations and repurchased $110 million of stock during the quarter. Chipotle operates a chain of fast-casual restaurants specializing in Mexican-inspired food.
