This decision follows the successful completion of Part A, which demonstrated a favorable safety and tolerability profile across all planned dose levels in healthy participants. Part B will evaluate CMND-100 in patients with moderate to severe AUD using 80 mg and 160 mg doses, while Part C will concurrently assess safety in healthy participants at a fixed 160 mg daily dose.
