Konstantinos Zacharatos elected Class I director at Costamare annual meeting

Costamare Inc. announced the election of Konstantinos Zacharatos as a Class I director during its virtual annual meeting of stockholders held on October 6, 2026. He will serve a term ending at the 2029 annual meeting until his successor is duly elected and qualified. Stockholders also ratified Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors Accountants S.A. as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
