CIM Group appoints Shemesh, Kuba and Harrison to Board as Schreiber resigns

CIM Group accepted the resignation of board member Jason Schreiber, effective October 26, 2026, pursuant to a prior Contribution and Subscription Agreement. The board increased its size from five to seven members and appointed Avraham Shemesh, Shaul Kuba, and Alicia K. Harrison to fill the vacancies. Messrs. Shemesh and Kuba are co-founders of CIM Group and currently serve as vice presidents; they will not receive separate director compensation. Ms. Harrison is an independent director with prior board experience at Ryan Companies US and Independent Bank Group. The company also announced that its 2026 annual stockholder meeting will be held on December 9, 2026.
