ConnectM appoints Leonardo Riera as Lead Independent Director and expands Board to six members

ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc. appointed Leonardo Riera as Lead Independent Director of its Board of Directors, effective October 21, 2026. In connection with this appointment, the company increased the size of the Board from five to six members. Mr. Riera will serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees and chair the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He receives standard non-employee director compensation, including $20,000 in cash and equity per quarter.
