Concentrix Corporation announced that Chinnu Susan Varghese will succeed Andre Valentine as Chief Financial Officer on December 1, 2026. Ms. Varghese joins the company on November 9 and brings prior experience as Senior Vice President and Group Controller at Marelli and CFO roles at Cognizant. Mr. Valentine will remain through the second quarter of fiscal 2027 to support the transition. Concentrix Corporation provides customer experience management services.
