Net sales increased 12.4% year-over-year to $854.0 million, while gross billings rose 14.0% to $1.2 billion. Gross profit grew 14.3% to $157.5 million with a gross margin of 18.4%. Net income increased 33.8% to $33.2 million, or $1.31 per diluted share, compared to $0.97 in the prior year quarter. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on August 28, 2026, to shareholders of record on August 11, 2026.
