Traeger appoints David R. Jolley as Class III director to audit and compensation committees

On September 28, 2026, the Board of Directors of Traeger, Inc. appointed David R. Jolley as a Class III director, effective October 1, 2026. His term expires at the 2027 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Jolley was also appointed to the audit and compensation committees. He will participate in standard non-employee director compensation programs and is eligible for the Deferred Compensation Plan. The company entered into a standard indemnification agreement with him.
