Cencora, Inc. appointed Robert E. Sanchez as an independent director to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026. The Board increased in size from ten to eleven members to accommodate the appointment. Mr. Sanchez serves as Executive Chair of Ryder System, Inc., and previously held roles including CEO and CFO at Ryder. He also sits on the board of Texas Instruments and is a trustee of the University of Miami. Cencora operates in the pharmaceutical distribution and supply chain industry.
