Peruvian cement producer Cementos Pacasmayo S.A.A. filed a 6-K disclosing Holcim Ltd.'s response to a Peruvian securities regulator's inquiry regarding the acquisition of 50.01% control via Inversiones ASPI S.A. The regulator requested clarification on S/210 million in deductions from the S/1,850,370,000 purchase price.
