Camden Property Trust announced that D. Keith Oden retired as Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Trust Managers effective August 31, 2026. Mr. Oden will remain a member of the Board of Trust Managers. The company entered into a Separation and Release Agreement with Mr. Oden, terminating his employment agreement. He will receive payments representing the anticipated value of amounts he would have been eligible to receive in February 2027 had he remained employed through that date. These payments are credited to a cash deferral account under the Company’s Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan.
