Corebridge Financial reported net income available to common shareholders of $1.4 billion, or $3.22 per share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, compared to $144 million in the prior year period. Adjusted after-tax operating income was $545 million, with operating earnings per share of $1.22. The company also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on December 31, 2026, to shareholders of record as of December 17, 2026. Corebridge Financial is one of the largest providers of retirement solutions and insurance products in the United States.
