Stockholders approve increase in authorized common shares to 300 million

Cardiff Oncology stockholders approved an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation at a Special Meeting on October 22, 2026. The vote increased the total authorized capital stock from 170 million to 320 million shares and raised the number of authorized common shares from 150 million to 300 million.
