Cre8 acquires Lingxpert for $800K to expand in-house translation capacity

Cre8 Enterprise Limited completed the acquisition of 100% of Lingxpert Language Services Limited, a Hong Kong-based provider of translation services, for US$800,000 in cash. The transaction closed on November 2, 2026, with the purchase price paid via bank transfer from existing cash resources. Cre8 intends to strengthen its capacity to support clients on IPO and non-IPO engagements by expanding in-house translation capabilities, minimizing bottlenecks, and reducing overhead costs through resource sharing. Lingxpert was previously a related party controlled by Mr. Jordan Lee, son of the controlling shareholder's father. Cre8 Enterprise Limited provides integrated financial printing services to listed companies, IPO applicants, and private companies in Hong Kong.
