Cresco Labs reported third-quarter 2026 net loss of $14.5 million and revenue of $172.8 million, a 4.8% increase year-over-year driven by dispensary acquisitions in Pennsylvania and retail growth in Ohio. Gross profit was $79.5 million with an adjusted EBITDA of $34.9 million. The company generated $35.9 million in operating cash flow for the nine-month period. Separately, shareholders approved a proposed redomicile to Delaware and the creation of a new parent TopCo to simplify capital structure ahead of U.S. market access. Cresco Labs is a licensed cultivator, manufacturer, and distributor of cannabis products operating Sunnyside dispensaries across multiple U.S. states.
