Creatd appoints Claudia Albelais as CFO and Chelsea Pullano to Board

Effective November 2, 2026, Creatd appointed Claudia Albelais as Chief Financial Officer and principal financial officer. Albelais, who served as Controller since May 2026, receives an annual base salary of $212,500. Jeremy Frommer ceased serving as the Company’s principal financial officer upon her appointment. The Board also elected Chelsea Pullano as a director to serve as Chair of the Governance Committee. Pullano previously served as CFO during an earlier stage of the company's development and will receive a monthly cash retainer and quarterly stock option grants. These appointments aim to strengthen finance, reporting, and governance structures as the Company works toward a national exchange listing. Creatd operates in the technology-enabled businesses, digital media properties, and intellectual property assets sector.
