CrowdStrike Holdings reported second quarter fiscal year 2027 results for the period ended July 31, 2026. Total revenue increased 26% to $1.47 billion, while subscription revenue rose 27% to $1.40 billion. The company achieved record net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $333 million and total ARR grew 25% year-over-year to $5.84 billion. GAAP net income turned positive at $5.3 million, compared to a loss in the prior year period. Operating cash flow reached a record $530 million with free cash flow of $377 million. CrowdStrike raised its full-year fiscal 2027 non-GAAP net income per share guidance midpoint by 630 basis points to $1.255 and increased its net new ARR growth outlook to 34% year-over-year at the midpoint.
