Rob Franch resigned as Chief Information Officer of Carriage Services, Inc., effective August 13, 2026. The departure is not due to disagreements regarding operations or financial controls. Under a separation agreement, Franch will receive twelve months of continued salary payments, a pro-rated portion of his 2026 annual target bonus based on company performance, and an option for up to eighteen months of COBRA health coverage. He will also provide consulting assistance until December 31, 2026. The Company has initiated a search for a successor to support its strategic growth objectives.
