CSX Corporation announced that Kevin S. Boone has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 29, 2025, succeeding Sean R. Pelkey. Additionally, the company promoted Maryclare T. Kenney to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately.
