Citius Oncology announced health-related quality of life results from pivotal Study 302 of LYMPHIR (denileukin diftitox-cxdl) in adults with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Data presented at the EORTC-CLTG 2026 Annual Meeting showed that patients who responded to treatment reported sustained improvements in skin-related quality of life and overall well-being, with nearly a third of heavily pretreated patients experiencing significant itch reduction. The company is also partnering with the Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation on a workshop to standardize quality of life measurement in CTCL care.
