Net income improved to $2.3 million from a loss of $5.8 million in the prior-year period, while Adjusted EBITDA grew 15.6% to $110.9 million with an expanded margin of 22.4%. The company raised its full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance range to $447.5 million–$460 million and increased SER segment revenue expectations to $870 million–$890 million, citing record demand in utility transmission markets. Net leverage decreased to 3.70x as the rental fleet reached a record original equipment cost of $1.76 billion.
