Curaleaf Reports Q3 Net Revenue of $353 Million, Up 11% Year-Over-Year

Curaleaf Holdings reported third-quarter net revenue of $352.7 million, an 11% increase from the prior-year period, driven by growth in both domestic and international segments. Adjusted EBITDA reached $77.6 million with a margin of 22.0%, while adjusted gross profit margin stood at 48.7%. The company posted a net loss of $37.4 million from continuing operations but generated $22 million in cash flow from continuing operations. Curaleaf ended the quarter with $105 million in cash and is evaluating an alternative merger transaction for Aurora Cannabis following its own original offer.
