CVB Financial Corp. appointed Michael J. Maddox to its Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank, effective July 22, 2026. The appointment expands the board sizes for both entities from 10 to 11 members. Mr. Maddox will serve on the Audit, Nominating and Corporate Governance, and Compensation Committees of the Company, and the Risk Management, Balance Sheet Management, and Trust Services Committees of the Bank. He will receive a $77,000 annual directors’ fee and a pro-rated restricted stock grant scheduled for August 23, 2026.
