Commvault Systems reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 results ending June 30, 2026, with total revenues of $314.1 million, an 11% increase year-over-year. Subscription revenue reached a record $267 million, up 16%, while subscription annualized recurring revenue (ARR) grew 22% to $1,054 million. The company reported GAAP net income of $21.1 million ($0.50 diluted EPS) and non-GAAP net income of $59.2 million ($1.42 diluted EPS). Free cash flow increased 71% to $51 million. Commvault provided updated full-year fiscal 2027 guidance, projecting subscription revenue between $1,119 million and $1,129 million, non-GAAP EBIT margin of approximately 21%, and free cash flow between $250 million and $260 million.
