At the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, Casella Waste Systems, Inc. elected four Class II directors (Michael L. Battles, Edmond R. Coletta, Joseph G. Doody, and Emily Nagle Green) and approved advisory "say-on-pay" compensation and the ratification of RSM US LLP as independent auditors. A quorum was present with 70,229,069 votes represented.
