Cycurion completes acquisition of Kustom's video solutions business for $5.3M

Cycurion completed its acquisition of substantially all assets and specified liabilities of Kustom Entertainment’s Video Solutions Business on August 3, 2026. Total consideration includes $1.25 million in cash, a secured promissory note with a principal amount of $4.25 million bearing interest at 7% per annum over three years, Series H Preferred Stock valued at approximately $514,924, and a revenue-based earn-out arrangement capped at $1 million.
