Community Health Systems reported a third-quarter net loss attributable to stockholders of $86 million, or $0.63 per diluted share, compared to a net income of $130 million in the prior-year period. Net operating revenues declined 10.7 percent year-over-year to $2.757 billion, driven by divestitures and an unfavorable payor mix. Adjusted EBITDA fell to $280 million from $376 million. The company also updated its full-year 2026 earnings guidance. Community Health Systems operates a network of hospitals and healthcare delivery systems across the United States.
