Luke Kissam resigned from DuPont de Nemours, Inc.'s Board of Directors effective April 14, 2026, to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer at Corteva, Inc. Following his departure, the Company's Board of Directors will decrease in size from eleven to ten members.
