Diageo announced the appointment of R. Alexandra Keith as a Non-Executive Director, effective November 5, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. Keith brings over 35 years of international consumer goods experience, most recently serving as CEO of Procter & Gamble's Beauty business and currently sitting on the board of Thermo Fisher Scientific. She will join the Remuneration and Nomination Committees upon her appointment. Diageo operates in the global beverage alcohol industry, producing and selling spirits and beer brands such as Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, and Guinness across nearly 180 countries.
