Diginex Limited and the sellers of Resulticks Global Companies Pte. Limited have agreed to extend the Long Stop Date for the proposed all-share acquisition of Resulticks. The deadline for the transaction to close has been moved from May 29, 2026, to June 12, 2026, to allow additional time to satisfy remaining closing conditions.
