Rosenblatt will transition to Executive Chairperson. Concurrently, the company reported third-quarter net revenue of $23.1 million, a 5% increase year-over-year, with GAAP net loss narrowing to $1.2 million from $3.5 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA turned positive at $1.0 million. The Board also authorized a new $5.0 million share repurchase program. 1stDibs operates an online marketplace for luxury design products.
