Effective July 6, 2026, HF Sinclair Corporation appointed Steven Ledbetter as President and Chief Operating Officer and Valerie Pompa as President, Growth, Technology and Transformation. Ledbetter, formerly Executive Vice President, Commercial, received a base salary increase to $750,000 and an increased annual incentive cash target of 100% of base salary. Pompa, formerly Executive Vice President, Operations, received a base salary increase to $700,000 and an increased annual incentive cash target of 90% of base salary. Franklin Myers remains Chief Executive Officer following his departure from the President role. HF Sinclair Corporation is an energy company involved in refining and marketing.
