Dorchester Minerals, L.P. completed the acquisition of mineral and royalty interests from Hillside Exploration Assets, LLC on October 30, 2026. The transaction involves approximately 4,300 net royalty acres across three counties in North Dakota's Williston Basin. In exchange for these producing and non-producing assets, Dorchester issued 1,250,000 common units representing limited partnership interests to the contributor. The deal was structured as a non-taxable contribution and exchange. Dorchester Minerals is a Dallas-based owner of oil and natural gas mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, and net profits interests located in 28 states.
