DNOW reports Q3 net income of $26M, or $0.14 per diluted share

DNOW Inc. reported third-quarter 2026 results with revenue of $1,337 million and adjusted EBITDA of $76 million. Net income attributable to DNOW was $26 million, equating to $0.14 per diluted share, while adjusted net income was $34 million or $0.18 per diluted share. The company generated $120 million in operating cash flow and reduced its net debt leverage ratio to 1.1 times. Additionally, DNOW repurchased $17 million of common stock during the quarter, bringing year-to-date buybacks to $92 million under a $160 million program. DNOW is an energy and industrial solutions provider distributing pipe, valves, fittings, gas products, pumps, and fabricated equipment.
