Amdocs Limited reported third quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $1,175 million, up 2.7% year-over-year as reported and 2.2% in constant currency, landing at the midpoint of its guidance range. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share were $1.84, also at the midpoint of the $1.81-$1.87 guidance range, while GAAP diluted EPS was $0.59 due to a $106 million restructuring charge. The company announced a multi-year strategic engagement with Liberty Latin America to manage and transform its entire IT domain using Amdocs’ Agentic Operating System. Free cash flow totaled $172 million, or $193 million excluding restructuring payments, and the firm repurchased $143 million of ordinary shares.
