Alpha Tau signs MOU with Samsung Medical Center to explore clinical trial of Alpha DaRT for pancreatic cancer in Korea

Alpha Tau Medical Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding with Samsung Medical Center (SMC) in Seoul, South Korea, to explore a potential clinical trial of its Alpha DaRT therapy for pancreatic cancer patients. The proposed study would be the company's first in South Korea and is subject to regulatory and ethics committee approvals. SMC is ranked number one in Korea and fifth globally in oncology. This partnership aims to expand the company's global pancreatic cancer program across Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Alpha Tau Medical Ltd. is an Israeli oncology therapeutics company focused on developing alpha-radiation therapy for solid tumors.
