DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. received the final C$5.0 million disbursement from its Business Development Bank of Canada credit facility, completing the full C$15.0 million gross financing commitment. The secured term loan matures on April 30, 2032 and bears interest at BDC’s floating base rate less 0.75%. In connection with this funding, Royal Bank of Canada issued a C$3.5 million irrevocable standby letter of credit in favor of BDC for the Company's account.
