Diana Shipping Inc. has entered into a time charter contract with Classic Maritime Inc. for its Capesize dry bulk vessel, the m/v G. P. Zafirakis. The agreement sets a gross daily rate of US$38,000, less a 5% commission, covering a period from October 1, 2027, to December 15, 2027, with employment expected to commence on October 10, 2026. This replaces the vessel's previous charter with Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha at US$26,800 per day.
