The agreements are valued at over $500 million in contractual base payments over their initial terms, including annual escalators but excluding usage-based charges like electricity. Billing is contingent upon successful completion and acceptance of the deployments, with initial project readiness targeted for late 2026 into early 2027. Additionally, nonbinding term sheets contemplate potential minority investments by Axe Compute in the associated special-purpose entities, subject to definitive documentation.
