AXIA Energia S.A. announced a corporate reorganization involving the merger of three wholly-owned subsidiaries into the surviving company: JUNO Participações e Investimentos S.A., TIJOÁ Participações e Investimentos S.A., and SPE Nova Era Janapu Transmissora S.A. The mergers aim to simplify the group's administrative structure and centralize the management of transmission and hydroelectric assets. The transactions will be executed without an exchange ratio or capital increase for AXIA Energia, as the company already holds all shares of the merged entities. The mergers are subject to corporate approvals and regulatory consent from the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (ANEEL). AXIA Energia operates in the energy sector, focusing on the exploitation of hydraulic potential and electricity transmission.
