AXIA Energia S.A. announced the closing of its 9th issuance of simple, unsecured, non-convertible debentures totaling R$ 1 billion. The funds will be used for CAPEX related to the implementation, operation, maintenance, and modernization of the Santo Antônio hydroelectric power plant.
