Edible Garden AG acquires Iowa manufacturing facility for $6.3M via cash, preferred stock and secured debt

Edible Garden AG completed the acquisition of its Prairie Hills ready-to-drink manufacturing facility in Webster City, Iowa, from Iowa Shrimp Holdings on October 30, 2026. The aggregate purchase price was $6,325,000, paid through a secured promissory note with Streeterville Capital for $3,825,000 bearing 8% interest, and the issuance of 1,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock valued at $1,000,000. This follows the prior issuance of 1,500 preferred shares valued at $1,500,000 on September 30, 2026. The note is secured by a real estate mortgage on the property and matures five years after issuance. Edible Garden AG develops and manufactures ready-to-drink plant-based beverages.
