Everbright Digital Holding appoints Guo Ming CEO and Chairman after Dr. Leung Chun Yip resigns

On September 25, 2026, Dr. Leung Chun Yip resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Everbright Digital Holding Limited due to no disagreement with the Board. Mr. Guo Ming was appointed CEO and Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. The Board also appointed Mr. Guo Ming and Mr. Yang Mengbiao as Executive Directors on September 25, 2026. Both new directors will receive compensation per their respective Director Agreements filed as exhibits. Dr. Leung’s departure was not driven by any dispute with management or the board.
