EastGroup Properties adds Bethany Logan Ropa and Robyn R. Werner to its Board of Directors

EastGroup Properties increased its Board of Directors from seven to nine members and appointed Bethany Logan Ropa and Robyn R. Werner as independent directors effective October 1, 2026. Ms. Ropa brings experience as CFO of JE Dunn Construction Group and former Managing Director at UBS Real Estate Investment Banking. Ms. Werner is a retired Assurance Partner from Ernst & Young with extensive real estate audit expertise. The company intends to execute indemnification agreements for both appointees.
