EIKNEikon Therapeutics, Inc.

Eikon Therapeutics presented updated efficacy and safety data from the TeLuRide-005 trial of its TLR7/8 dual-agonist EIK1001 at the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress. In the squamous non-small cell lung cancer cohort, the combination of EIK1001 with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy achieved a 72.4% objective response rate and a 100% disease control rate, with a median duration of response of 12.9 months. The pooled analysis across squamous and non-squamous cohorts showed a 63.1% overall response rate. The treatment was generally well-tolerated, supporting outpatient administration. Eikon is also conducting the Phase 2/3 TeLuRide-008 registrational trial, with an interim dose-selection analysis expected in the second half of 2027. Eikon Therapeutics operates as a late-stage clinical biopharmaceutical company developing innovative oncology medicines.
