Elemental Royalty acquires four royalty and stream assets for US$188M cash plus shares, upsizes credit facility to US$250M

Elemental Royalty Corporation has completed the acquisition of four royalty and streaming assets from Orion Mine Finance Management LP. The company paid US$188 million in upfront cash consideration and issued 3,942,881 common shares to close the transaction. Concurrently, Elemental amended its existing revolving credit facility with National Bank of Canada, CIBC, and Scotiabank, increasing the facility size from US$150 million to US$250 million, with an additional US$50 million accordion feature available. The acquired assets include the Ruby Hill Complex and Granite Creek silver streams, the Kouroussa gold stream, the Homestake District royalty, and the La Negra royalty.
