Elemental Royalty Corporation entered into a US$25 million strategic investment package with Quilla Resources Inc. and its subsidiary Minera Pampa de Cobre S.A.C. to expand its exposure to the Chapi Copper Project in Peru. The transaction includes the acquisition of an additional perpetual, uncapped 1.0% net smelter return (NSR) royalty over the Pampa Negra and Candelaria concessions, increasing Elemental's total royalty interest to 3.0% NSR. Additionally, Elemental subscribed for shares representing approximately 9% of Quilla. The investment, funded from cash on hand, supports Quilla's planned expansion of copper cathode production from 10,000 to 30,000 tonnes per annum.
