Ellomay Capital sells 16.9% stake in Dorad for NIS742.5M, receiving NIS560M net proceeds

Ellomay Capital completed the sale of its 16.9% stake in Dorad Holdings for total consideration of NIS742.5 million, based on an implied valuation of approximately NIS4.4 billion. The transaction generated net cash proceeds of roughly NIS560 million after deducting holding company debt. Management intends to allocate 40% of the proceeds toward equity funding for new projects and energy storage expansion, while using the remaining 60% for significant deleveraging and balance sheet strengthening. Ellomay Capital operates in the renewable energy sector, developing and managing solar, battery storage, biogas, and pumped hydro assets across multiple countries.
